Where can I get support
During the employee portal roll out, there will be help provided for those employees who do not feel confident using computers. We have help guides below and our engagement team will be out and about running drop-in sessions at various council locations. Managers will have details of the drop-in sessions and have supporting information on registering an account as well. Union Learning Reps will also be available to answer any queries and support those employees who need it.
